How to get help with Show Notes.
Show Notes is built and operated by Dave Paola. There is no support team, no AI chatbot, no ticketing system. Every email is read and answered by a human, usually within a day.
For anything, bug reports, feature requests, account questions, billing, privacy, or just to say hi:
When reporting a bug, please include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your platform (iOS app, web, or both) and version if known
- A screenshot, if there's something visual
Account deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We'll permanently delete your account, podcast subscriptions, library, and any associated data within 30 days. In-app account deletion is coming to the iOS and web apps in a future release.
